TheMidwest Horse Science Program, Inc. (MHSP) is designed to help individuals learn and develope their horsemanship skills in a safe and supportive enviroment. All classes and courses are offered by head instructor Tricia Brown, Certified American Riding Instructor and the Nebraska State Rep for the ARICP.
The Midwest Horse Science Program teaches students how to understand the horse prey/human predator relationship through the horse's body language, natural instincts and pecking order. Systematic skill levels are developed to enable students to to build their education in a structured manner.
The MHSP offers several classes to accomodate various riders of all skill levels and ages.
Individuals who own a horse and want to improve their horse/human relationship, can sign up in the MHSP Novice class. The MHSP Youth class is available for youths wanting to learn how to communicate with a horse and to develope horsemanship and riding skills. This class is a self-esteem and confidence builder. Adults wanting to improve their balance and harmony with horses can join the MHSP Balanced Riding class. Tricia Brown also offers MHSP Private lessons for individuals who perfer one on one attention.
