The MHSP Balanced Riding Program will help individuals to improve their balance, learn to relax and stay calm in stressful situations, develope the ability to use precise, appropriate aids and to ride with positive intent.
Most people unconsciously develope bad habits when they ride. Habits of movements, postures and tensions with the result that they often don't get the responses they expect from their horses. MHSP Balanced Riding Program teaches students how to learn and understand the freedom of movement, coordination and control.
Classes are limited and instruction is offered in a variety of learning styles including auditory, tactile and visual. Lessons include unmounted exercises and mounted work. With proper technique and training students can improve their equine relationship and help to alleviate any aches and pain associated with riding - Discover inner balance
- Increased balance
- Lean greater freedom of movement, suppleness and coordination
- Increase your horse's balance, poise and forward motion
